Brandon is the Director of Digital Health Research & Advisory Services with RTI Health Advance.

Brandon has over 17 years of clinical, research, and business development experience in academic medicine and the digital health industry. He joined RTI Health Advance from Cognoa, a leading digital therapeutics company developing FDA-regulated products to diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions. Prior to this, he directed the research and evaluation efforts for a nationally-scaled pediatric integrated primary care program and has also worked at various nationally recognized children’s hospitals developing digital health tools to improve care.

Brandon earned his doctorate degree from the University of Kansas and completed his residency and fellowships at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC). During his time at CCHMC, he completed the Quality Scholars Program for Healthcare Transformation, a program designed to create leaders who will advance the scholarship of healthcare improvement and implementation science, healthcare innovation, and effective healthcare delivery system interventions. He has completed formal trainings in healthcare innovation, digital health, technology commercialization, and scaling healthcare startups.
