Claudia is the Head of Strategic Evidence Generation at RTI Health Advance
As the Head of Strategic Evidence Generation, Claudia leads the team that provides rigorous and objective health economics research, modeling, and analytic solutions.
Claudia is an experienced healthcare executive with over 20 years’ industry experience. At RTI Health Advance, she drives research and analytics to generate the evidence healthcare leaders need to make informed decisions. She is skilled at building relationships with clients that optimize healthcare delivery and outcomes.
Claudia joined RTI Health Advance in 2022 from Humana where she held multiple positions. Most recently, she was Associate VP of Humana Healthcare Research where she led a team of more than 40 associates conducting internal research and analytics. In her role, she also oversaw contracted research with external organizations including life sciences companies, government entities and academia.
Claudia holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Miami’s Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and a master’s degree in Healthcare Policy and Administration from Ohio State University. She also has a medical degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.
