Franzi Rokoske is the Head of Population Health & Equity

A clinician by training, Franzi leads a team of economists, data scientists and researchers who deliver high quality project work for clients from concept to implementation.

Franzi brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare as a clinician, researcher, and manager with expertise in quality improvement, quality measure development and implementation, shared savings programs, and healthcare innovation. Her current work focuses on implementing and evaluating programs that improve healthcare equity, quality, value, and access.

Prior to joining RTI Health Advance, she was Director of Quality Management and Performance Measurement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. She also was a Program Director at RTI International where she led large-scale health policy and health services research projects.

Franzi is frequently published in health-related journals and online publications. She is a member of Academy Health and the Gerontological Society of America. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Physical Therapy and an MS in Movement Science where she also completed the Interprofessional Geriatrics Fellowship at the UNC Center for Aging and Health. She has taught several seminars and courses on aging and healthcare quality at the University of Maryland and University of North Carolina.
