Jeffrey Hill is the Director of Business Development at RTI Health Advance
For over 25 years, Jeffrey has been putting value-oriented healthcare transformation into practice as an entrepreneurial business development and sales executive, health informatics leader, and HIT and management consultant. He leverages a blend of business, technology, and clinical expertise to serve healthcare providers, commercial and government payers/health plans, and accountable care organizations, as well as the healthcare technology and solutions companies that support them.
Prior to joining RTI Health Advance, he was the Managing Principal & Founder of Health Value Associates, a healthcare business development and consulting firm. He also served as CEO of the American Medical Group Association’s informatics and population health analytics subsidiary and as the Data and Evaluation Lead of the Rhode Island Quality Institute’s Beacon Community (PCMH) Program.
Jeffrey earned a PhD from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He was appointed to the medical faculty at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Physiology. He transitioned from scientific research and academic medicine to the life sciences, medical technology, and diagnostics industries and then to serving numerous companies and associations involved in data-driven quality improvement, population health management, digital health enablement and integration, and collaborative value-oriented healthcare delivery and reimbursement.
