Jordan has worked in health policy and research for more than 10 years. His work covers a range of clinical areas, with an emphasis on telehealth, evidence-based practice, and practice transformation. Prior to joining RTI, Jordan worked in business intelligence and data analytics for a large, integrated healthcare system. In that role he led studies to assess program impact and developed dashboards to track high value metrics and key performance indicators. He is certified in the improvement of clinical practice and patient safety.
My goal is to support implementation by turning data into knowledge with operational value.
