Julie Seibert focuses on improving the quality of health care and behavioral health care through quality measurement and policy evaluation.
Julie has over 20 years of behavioral health care experience, including program management, research, and direct consumer care. She is a researcher with direct involvement in all phases of research design, data collection, and data analysis. She has extensive experience with quality management and quality improvement, including managing statewide quality strategies, developing performance measures, and developing monitoring tools and data collection processes.
I enjoy helping clients apply RTI’s research and enabling practical solutions to pressing health care challenges.
