Dr. Kim Kilby, MD, MPH, FAAFP, is a family and preventive medicine physician with prominent leadership experience in payer, clinical, and public health settings which shape her uniquely comprehensive insights and strategies.
Most recently, Kim served as the Vice-President, Medical Director, Health & Well-Being for MVP Health Care and was the dedicated clinical leader supporting MVP’s digital customer experience, including the suite of virtual care solutions and wellness offerings. Kim has served as Associate Dean for Academic & Student Affairs and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY, and practiced clinically at Albany Medical Center Bariatrics and Nutrition Group.
She has experience in public health practice, having served as the Director of the Bureau of Communicable Disease Control for the New York State Department of Health where she was responsible for overseeing the control and prevention of general communicable diseases in New York State and directed the clinical management for the 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic.
She is a graduate of Albany Medical College, obtained her MPH degree from the University at Albany School of Public Health, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. Kim was named the 2015 Family Practice Educator of the Year by the New York State Academy of Family Physicians.
