Kristie’s research focuses on improving quality for older adults and the settings in which they live, including long-term care facilities and the community. Kristie has more than 18 years of research and evaluation experience, with more than 10 years focused on issues that affect older adults. She has extensive experience with interviews, including multiple modes: in-person, phone, focus groups, and technical expert panels.
I appreciate helping our clients collect rigorous qualitative information from the persons directly affected by the implementation of new interventions or programs. Collecting these perspectives is important for exploring new or novel products or programs, to help clients understand the big picture that quantitative data alone cannot always explain.
