Sam’s work involves collaboration across stakeholders and utilizing data to make informed and accurate decisions about payment for health care. He has implemented and evaluated multiple new payment model projects at RTI International, including the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus model for primary care and the Maryland All-Payer Model.

I’m interested in reshaping the U.S. health care industry through innovative payment reform.
