Bob is a full cycle recruiting partner for talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, recruitment and candidate development, negotiation, compliance and overall business partnering.

Prior to joining RTI Health Advance, Bob held key talent acquisition roles at the LORD Corporation, IBM, and Aerotek. He is a certificated diversity recruiter and employer branding professional. Bob has a BA in Communications and a certificate in digital media marketing from Duke University.
