Chelsea Richards

Chelsea is a Business Development Specialist with RTI Health Advance.

Chelsea most recently worked as an Analyst at Willis Towers Watson where she supported financial and plan management for six client teams to build out their benefit plans.

Prior to that role, Chelsea served as a Rotational Development Associate at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina where she operated in multiple departments. While with BCBS NC, she supported program efforts through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation, delivered IT projects via Salesforce in the sales environment, and created resources to meet the needs of internal team members communicating with large employer groups. Her work included program management, performance guarantee contracts, and plan management designs. Chelsea’s current work supports sales and business development operations with a team of marketing and client service professionals to generate opportunities in payer, provider, and employer markets.

Chelsea holds a BS degree in Health Services Management.
